Prepared for PR524

DFI Rentals E-Commerce Revitalization

The rental company that doesn’t just follow the instructions.

For my final project in PR524, I decided to create a campaign for my company. Our company is faced with the issue of low adoption of digital services, and this campaign seeks to encourage existing and new users to give our platform a try through awareness and education.

Out of Home Elements

OOH elements are used here to reach new customers, not currently renting with us. Building awareness of the brand — these elements seek to encourage new users to try out the convenience of our digital features.

Social Media Elements

Social Media Elements are targeted towards current and new customers alike, encouraging new customers to visit our site and try us out, and educating existing customers on a faster, simpler way to rent.

Email

Marketing

22.86%

of existing customers use our e-commerce services.

The email marketing campaign was essential for reaching existing customers. 22.86% of our existing customers use our digital services, whereas 77.14% of customers use traditional quotes and invoices to process orders.

Landing & Supplementary Page Design

To use in Google advertising efforts, I designed the following landing pages that users would access if they clicked on one of our Google Ads, Youtube Ads, or display ads — to quickly inform our potential customers of our value proposition.

All materials were created for PR 524 coursework at USC Annenberg (Spring 2024). DFI Rentals, and the DFI Rentals Logo are trademarks of DFI Creative Solutions Corp. Registered in the United States and other territories. For more information, please visit dfirentals.com/legal
